Join KICK IT BY ELIZA instructors Liz & Claudia for a pop-up kick It & Sip it class at Rooftop @Revere hotel. KICK IT BY ELIZA is a 45 minute, 13-round music-driven fitness method that includes cardio kickboxing, low impact sculpting, and a meditative cool down. All fitness levels are welcome. The class can be modified to your comfort level and is designed to make you feel YOUR BEST!

About the Instructors:
Claudia is a Kick It by Eliza instructor, based in South Boston. When she isn't throwing jabs and uppercuts in class, she works in finance in the Boston area. Three years ago, she took her talents in the ring, and fought in an amateur boxing match through Haymakers for Hope's Belles of the Brawl event, and raised thousands of dollars for cancer research. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, creating Instagram-worthy cheeseboards, and playing with her dog Coda. Get ready to Kick it with Claudia!
Liz is a Boston-based fitness and wellness instructor. Growing up Liz was involved in dance, competitive cheerleading, and performing arts, there she developed her love for movement and connection at an early age. Liz specializes in teaching Kick it By Eliza, Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and HIIT. You'll find Liz's classes to be creatively sequenced and choreographed to leave clients feeling alive, energized, and strong. Liz is known for her infectious energy and love for a killer playlist.
