Theatre 1
Outfitted with plush seating and ambient lighting, this 225-seat theatre strikes the perfect mood for an intimate performance or presentation. Each luxury seat has its own designated workspace and power sources for added independence. Performers or presenters have the luxury of four dressing rooms for preparation. Available AV equipment includes a built-in screen, hooks for all stage lights, dimmable control lighting, and more.
Space 57
This extremely versatile venue offers 6,700 square feet of blank canvas for you to bring to life. Able to transform from an exhibition space to a luxury gala to theatre in the round, Space 57 is an event planner’s dream. Boasting 25-foot ceilings and a built-in AV screen for presentations, this space is ready to be molded into your ideal venue. Let your imagination take the reins when planning your event – we can make it happen.
Gallery
Designed to embrace its raw structural elements, the avant-garde meeting spaces of Gallery evoke a creative energy akin to an artist’s loft. Boasting 10,000 square feet spread among five separate rooms, Gallery can accommodate up to 400 people. Be prepared to make these blank spaces your own, with chalkboard walls available for spurts of creativity.
Carver Ballroom
Offering 6,400 square feet of space as well as a large pre-function space, the Carver Ballroom is best suited for traditional functions and events. The space accommodates up to 500 guests; 450 for a sit-down dinner. You can also divide the Carver Ballroom into three sections, each equipped with a built-in bar.
