Receive and log lost & found items, assist guests with inquiries and prepare items for return. Consistently deliver 4 diamond level service on the phone and in person to both internal and external personnel. Assist guests with parking questions, process parking applications, collect payment and troubleshoot any parking related problems. Monitor alarm and access control systems as well as CCTV. Receive and log all incoming packages and deliveries, communicate with guests and departments when their packages arrive. Log all guest packages in Opera and ensure delivery of all guest packages to their assigned rooms via bellman or other appropriate personnel. Assigns Security staff to respond to calls for service and acts as the base for all radio communications. Maintain a log of all visitors to the hotel and issue badges as needed. Maintains control of radio and keys signed out by hotel personnel. Support and provide assistance to PBX operating, including acting as PBX in their absence. |
